Are you achieving your goals?
Are you seeing results?
A great way to help you conquer any barriers you may be facing is group training. Whatever your goals are fat loss, muscle gain or strength.
It has taken me a while to come up with a system that allows me to make sure I get the best results for all my clients. Its important to make sure that you and your group have similar goals. This allows me to get clients the best results possible.
Here are a few benefits of group training:
Results – When you stick with a well-constructed program, you will get the results.
Fun – Yes, fun. The right exercise program done with friends can definitely be fun.
Greater Focus – There’s no time to let your mind wander with a Trainer keeping tight programming and watching your every move.
Support – Both the Trainer and other participants are there to help you get through the challenges of the workout and the obstacles in life.
Motivation – Having someone exercising right beside you can push you a little harder than you might do on your own.
Camaraderie – Let’s face it, workouts love company. Sharing the workout enhances the experience for participants.
Variety – By working with a knowledgeable fitness professional, your workouts will change/evolve as you progress, preventing hitting a plateau and boredom.
More Economical – Personal Training provides the most personal attention and greatest opportunity to succeed. Some people, however, may find that group training fits into their budget better and still gives you the attention they need.
Accountability - Just like personal training, group training sessions hold you accountable for turning up and putting 100% effort into your workout. That sense of accountability you feel is what will prevent you from staying put inside and putting on another episode of Game of Thrones.
Adherence – Research shows that members that are involved in programs are more likely stick with it. With all of the previously listed benefits, how could you not want to keep coming back.
So, if you have a friend, friends or family members that are ready to form the new you! Get in contact.
*To keep the quality of my sessions and to ensure that I'm able to keep a close eye on each individual, I do not take on any groups consisting of more than 3 people.*
