I want to inspire others to better themselves. Giving people knowledge on training, nutrition and making it apart of there lifestyle. I want to ensure you achieve your goals. My promise is to support you personally, physically and mentally. I want to show you that you can achieve and maintain real results without giving up on a social life and everything you enjoy. 

I’m going to give you the knowledge and skills to help you conquer your goals. Whether that be gaining more muscle, losing body fat, getting ready for that holiday or wedding that’s coming up or just to make you feel healthier and happier in your body.   • My track record with clients whose goals were weight loss and making healthy lifestyle changes.

  • Coaching clients about body confidence and making physical changes. Whether that is muscle gain or fat loss, with detailed and personalised meal and exercise plans.

  • Getting clients finely tuned both physically and nutritionally for competitions. Team GBR Kayaking, Team England Karate and National Triathletes.


Nutrition

  • Utilise a food tracker to accurately hit daily calorie/macronutrient goals. Monitor activity levels using a fitness tracker to view calorie output on a daily basis.

  • No foods will be banned, as no specific foods will cause you to gain or lose weight.

  • Meal choices, frequency and meal timings based on the individual’s personal lifestyle.

Training

  • Resistance Training/Weight Training. A mixture of free weights (dumbbells and barbells) resistance bands and machines to isolate different muscle groups, for muscle growth.

  • Cross fit Style/High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) lots of jumping, kettlebells, running, rowing, battle ropes and barbell exercises. Short periods of intense training, with little rest using different gym equipment.

  • Classes. If you enjoy them, go for it! Being fitter and healthier making progress towards your goals.

  • Steady State Cardio (LISS) working at a steady pace, for a longer period of time.
