Super mum achieving great weight loss results in lockdown.

Katherine started with me in lockdown (5 weeks ago) and came with the goal of getting in great shape for her wedding in August. Which has been pushed back to next year due to the situation at the moment. She just felt a little lost, not knowing to gain more muscle or drop body fat.

She had a great foundation with her boyfriend being a PT, so she had a good baseline of knowledge. Of course, taking advice from your boyfriend isn’t easy…

She was just missing a few things.

She didn’t have a plan to follow so was “winging” her workouts and feeling lost, didn’t have enough clarity, structure, or accountability.

With a solid starting point with here nutrition, she needed a plan to stick to, keeping her on track to achieve her goals along with that clearer vision (step by step process)

As a result of implanting these few factors, Katherine is making incredible progress!

With the wedding being moved to next year this only gives us more time to bring it even better!

The plan going forward is to use lockdown to get leaner, healthier and prime the body ready to build more muscle when the gyms are open. Then we can start to push calories up, go into a solid 6 months of building muscle then cut back down for her wedding in August 2021.

Katherine achieved these results in 5 weeks. By having more structure, support, accountability and guidance. If she can do this in 5 weeks. Just you wait until the wedding day, August 2021.
